Review Time
I bought a shirt that I really liked, before buying it I did some research and saw the poor qualifications of this delivery company, anyway I took the risk.
Tracking hub was the delivery company, and I thought that my shirt would not arrive.
I got informative emails regarding the delivery status and all of a sudden and without any further notice, and to my surprise, my shirt arrived.
I gave 4 stars to this review because I never got the email informing about the arrival.
I concour with all previous reviews. I am in Australia and had no way to contact this company and said delivered, no package. Company I bought from (accsart) no response from them as soon as I realised they were a 100% scam company.
I bought through PayPal, but they denied my claim as they had received a shipping number.
It was only when I sent them screenshots of reviews from Trustpilot that they decided to give me a refund. We should all research companies/couriers etc before making a purchase. We are lucky to have Trustpilot to allow an honest review to be printed online help others 😀
This is the most appalling courier in the world!! No words to describe this business - absolutely horrible!!
A POSTCARD shipped from LA to London 11 Jan - updates on their website with 3 days apart with ALL SORT of nonsense. Like parcel went to one partner shipping facility, then departed 3 days later, then arrived to another 3 days later and so on! One month later - no sign of the parcel, still in Edinburgh (Scotland!!!) when I live in London. These guys are clueless how to operate logistics. 7 days after customs clearance in the country of destination - parcel still in Scotland, hundreds miles away!!! This is a POSTCARD not even a pair of shoes!! Insult to the entire courier industry!
This site seems to be merely simulating deliveries. The items I ordered have never arrived, and the responses from the support team always redirect me to a generic tracking site. This situation feels like a scam, and it should be reported to authorities as my money is lost.
I placed an order with an online store and received an email indicating this company as the delivery service... I realized this later and kept checking ‘where is my package’ on the link... They must have grown tired of me because today (two months later) I finally received my package 😂.
