Tractive is great when the service functions. I love everything the app has to offer! I had Whistle, and when bought out by Tractive, I gave it a shot. I am so disappointed. It is nothing like Whistle. Customer service is terrible, let alone doesn’t exist… There is no phone number to contact. You’re left submitting a request for an email response. Well that email takes forever to come and once it does, no one responds back to you. You’re left in the dark with a device that does not work. The subscription is too expensive for no customer service support. I ended up switching to Fi. They have great tracking and a customer service phone number you can actually call! Don’t recommend Tractive unless you want to lose GPS signal and not be able to track your dog/cat. Customer service basically doesn’t exist so you’re on your own. Please consider buying from a different GPS tracking company to make sure your pets are safe. Tractive is too expensive for the lack of support they don’t offer. Tractive is not it. Do better Tractive.
