I placed my order on 12/1, expecting delivery by 12/2, as I cannot get them myself. They did not arrive as promised. I tried for three days to contact the delivery service and customer service, but no one answered. Finally, I spoke with the manager at the local store, but he was unhelpful and told me to reorder. This isn't my only bad experience with their service or deliveries; it's a widespread issue. I will take my business elsewhere.
