I ordered eleven rolls of "SEALTECH Heavy Duty 48 in. x 125 ft. 10mm Thick Reflective Insulation Roll" for my new shop. The product itself is great so far, I've installed several rolls of it. I paid $3409.89, including $199.99 for shipping right to my front door. Two rolls arrived damaged. Now TRACTOR SUPPLY won't replace the damaged rolls. This is unacceptable. They offered a discount on the rolls, if I provided photos of the damaged rolls; in my shop, the insulation foil surface is exposed/can be seen and I want it to look nice. This option is unacceptable. Or, I could strap the HUGE rolls up on top of my Prius and carry them to my local TSC for a refund. I DON'T WORK FOR YOU TSC. I paid good money to have you ship this to my home! You send someone over here to pick up the damaged rolls and then you give my money back! I'll shop elsewhere! The product is still for sale on your website so I assume you have more?.....Send replacement rolls so I can finish insulating my new shop. SMH! TSC used to be a great company, now its like autozone with chicken feed.
