They have a motto that goes like "most people give 70% effort but at tractor supply we give 100%". Majority of employees are giving 110% effort to make less while the managers and corporat owners give less than 70% effort yet make more than a livable wage. We make them over 10 billion dollars a year last year was over $14 billon. But they can't afford to give employees hours or a raise that isn't 50 cents.
