Very misinformed on who they think their customer base is. Instead of cutting DEI programs and eliminating carbon emission goals, maybe you should take a good look at your CEO and consider cutting his $11 million salary. Clearly, the $2B loss of revenue has more to do with his leadership than DEI or the environment. FYI - the “customer base” of rural, white males is a shrinking group - it will be replaced by MORE DIVERSITY - no matter what the old white guys think. Your CEO will only continue to contribute to loss of revenue as the rest of your outcast customer base flees to other stores. You may see short term gains but in the long run those will diminish. It will be fun to watch!
