We placed an order online , and the order was cancelled. We were directed to call the 877-718-6750. We called the number and held for 15 minutes and then left our phone number for a return call, and after one hour of no call. We called the store in Albemarle. Where Brandy was extremely helpful.. she called the customer service number and held for 25 minutes on the phone and then they hung up. Then she called the helpdesk and spoke with a gentleman who said he would put in an IT ticket. In the meantime Randy said she would be able to honor the item at her store on the following Monday with the online sale price really appreciate all her hard work great customer service. !
