Ordered a Chicken Coup online as the company appeared legitimate despite the low cost of the item, I was excited as I am close to moving into a country home and intend to have chickens. Delivery never arrived, numerous emailed correspondence with the customer service insisting the tracking showed jet was delivered. The tracking number matches no courier companies here, ther were people home and the neighbours did not sign for the item. No photo, no signature and no authorisation for the package to be left without signature. So disappointed and will be continuing with a claim for refund as well as reporting the website as a Scam.
