Customer service is a joke. Received 0 help even tho they post their customer service phone number everywhere like an AD. Placed a curbside order for 2 items. One out of stock, the other was in stock. Ok. So charge me for both items. Lack of proper inventory management. I can not cancel my order on website or email or anything so I have to call the store and ask them to cancel both items so I can get a refund. So i place a curbside order for me to use my gas to go inside the store and pick up an order I have already been charged for both items even though one of two is out of stock. I haven't even left my house, seconds after placing the order my card is charged BEFORE the order has BEEN PROCESSED, remember not a delivery an in store pick up/curbside. Of course with the hassle of trying to edit and fix my order yes I'm going to cancel. It's been 4 days and they still have my money for both items I never even left the house to get. SCAM SCAM SCAM. What do you mean?! DO NOT USE THEIR CURBSIDE PICK UP INSTORE OPTION ITS A LITERAL SCAM . They think they're a bank or something bcuz why do they still have my money for something they didn't even have in stock. Oh first time customer and last time. Taking peoples money and you don't even have the product and then not giving their money back for daysss. Not a great way to run a happy business. Eff this place literally stealing peoples money. No where else I shop merchandise or resturants do this. They charge you when you actually oh my god get this, recieve the product.
