I purchased a zero turn lawn mower from your Summerdale, Al. location. Charlie was the associate that assisted me. He was both professional and knowledgeable about the product. After a few months I had problems with it. Charlie went above and beyond to take care of the issue to make sure I was totally satisfied. I have been a retail manager for a major company for 17 years and have seen a lot of employees that did not comprehend "customer service". Charlie has by far the best customer service I have dealt with both as a manager and a customer. This company is fortunate to have him and I hope he gets the credit and recognition he deserves. Charlie stayed in touch with me even while he was on vacation to make sure I was taken care of and satisfied. He is genuine and a major asset to your company.
