Not only that am a club member and the trailer that you earn for free rental has been out of service for over a month with a simple wiring problem. The mold on my product was from a collapsed tent out back that had been leaking from months. Talk with this manager several times about a product and he told me he would call me back never did this went on for a week. I heard other customers complaining in the store as well. This is a great store just has a lazy manager.
