I honestly feel bad for customer service of this company. It seems they don’t always double check what they sell. Never have I ever thought we will buy a grill which never worked and never turned on! Yet we wasted our 30 days warranty waiting for partial refund for a huge scratch inside the grill we noticed. Then we became waiting all summer in limbo. Tractor Supply reacts and answers but responsibilities where shipped to a manufacturer. We got manufacture contact NEXTGRILL. Took 4 months and we finally got all resolved. Never again!!!
