I ordered stuff on line to have shipped to the Bolivar location and when I get there an employee named Justin didn’t even have 2 min to speak with us about our order just kept walking off. We pull around back to pick up 3 items we ordered and they tell us 2 were canceled. We did not cancel. We found out the rude employee Justin had placed our through the wall kit that we ordered and paid and shipped placed it on lay away and did not want to give us the item. Had to call corporate office. Matt an employee that worked very had to get all our items to us saved the sale of over $1400.00. People should not have to be treated that way when they walk into a business. Then have a store employee that was rude place your item on pay away? Something needs to be done about that employee.
