I bought 20 bags of shavings and noticed they was smaller than last time when I compared them. I called the store and the manager said yes they looked smaller. So he offered a discount which is great. My problem is I called customer solutions to find out if this was a one time mistake or is the product changing. The girl on the phone was absolutely terrible. I asked to speak to anyone higher up than here. She put me on hold for awhile and then cameback and said no one was around. You know that wasnt true. Then she told me I could call the company who they buy the shavings from. I would think there is someone that provides QA and should check into that kind of thing. Once again people just showing up for a paycheck but cant provide service. I was just trying to help out the company by letting them know of an issue and they cant be bothered to take the call.
