Come across this website. Found a dress, Gorgeous, Beautiful dress. Easy to order. 30 day returns, no problem. YES, PROBLEM. Dress came over 2 weeks later. Ordered khaki, recieved cream. It became obvious very quickly, that this is a knocked up dress, looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. Cheap, nasty material, and very badly made. Within an hour of the dress being delivered , I emailed 'customer services ' to ask about a returns label. What I got back was basically a load of drivel. How it is better for the environment, if I keep the dress and give it to friends or family, how they plant 3 trees for every unreturned item. If I wanted to go ahead with a refund, I would get 10% back. When I complained, they then offered 15%, £6 something or other. I told them No, and there a joke. I know, its my own fault, should of read the reviews, blah, blah, blah. In my defence, I was at work and rushed. PLEASE, PLEASE do not buy from this website.
