Do not ever purchase from here they are scam company they are not London based they are based in China their customer service and returns service is atrocious.
You have to pay for international postage of return and print for return label absolutely horrendous will never be buying from them ever !!!!!!
I strongly advise people not to order from this company.
The dresses advertised on the website look beautiful in the photos, but what arrived was a very poor-quality version that looked nothing like the images shown online. The material and overall finish were extremely cheap and very disappointing.Delivery also took weeks, far longer than expected, with very little transparency during the process.
What made the situation even worse is the return process. Customers are required to pay for returns themselves, and the item has to be shipped back to China, which means additional international shipping costs and potential customs charges.
By the time you factor in these costs, returning the item becomes very expensive. Overall, the experience felt very misleading and frustrating. The product quality did not match what was advertised, and the return policy makes it very difficult for customers to resolve the issue.
I would like to warn anyone considering placing an order with **Tracy London**.
My experience with this company has been extremely negative, and I believe potential customers deserve to know what they may be getting into.
First of all, the company name strongly suggests a London-based brand. However, according to the information I received, their warehouses are located in Asia, and that is where orders are shipped from — if they are shipped at all. In my case, it has been over a month and my order still has not been properly dispatched.
Customer service has been chaotic and inconsistent. I received multiple, contradictory responses:
* First, I was told that my order had been shipped.
* When I asked for a tracking number, I was informed there were “issues with the shipping company.”
* A few days later, I was told the item was actually out of stock.
* Then again, I was informed that the parcel had supposedly been shipped.
The replies appear to be sent without checking previous correspondence, which raises serious concerns about how the company operates.
I formally cancelled my order, as I am legally entitled to do. However, the company showed no willingness to issue a full refund. After a month of back-and-forth emails, they offered me only a 10% refund.
This is completely unacceptable.
I want to make other customers aware that in situations like this, you can contact your bank and request a chargeback. In my case, based on the documented email correspondence, the process was straightforward.
Frankly, it is surprising that a company would risk its reputation over £50. That alone speaks volumes.
Please think carefully and research thoroughly before placing an order.

This is a scam company. They advertise as being London UK based but they are in China. The products are cheap rubbish. Sizes are a lot smaller than they should be and shipping costs to return to China start no less than £30. Don't buy anything. It won't be as advertised.
I think this is a scam. I bought a shoes and I received confirmation of the order and after that apparently that it was on the way but when I tried to open to follow the delivery, no info and no specified which company was supposed to delivery. In the link shared to follow it was directly sending me to a error page. Facebook page looks so fake with no enough info. The CS line no working and the e-mail doesn’t respond fast, so I had to ask help to my bak to do a refund, which for fortune they made. So bad because the shoes looked so nice. But I don’t want to try again.
This company should be reported and shut down. The products are nothing like the photos. The products are cheap quality, they smell and do not meet the standards for the prices charged.
The company is in China ! No UK base and so expensive to return goods. The clothes are NOTHING like the pictures, horrible cheap fabric, at a price that would indicate a quality that it is not.
I wish I had looked at the reviews before I ordered. A complete waste of money. Do not buy from this company
Really bad!!! They look lovely online, good website with good reviews. But product comes from China, super cheap material and poorly made and not at all true to size. Then to return, you have to pay to ship it back to China!!! I'm embarrassed that I ordered this. Should have known better.
Absolutely disgrace , I ordered a red coat when it arrived it was nothing like the picture at all. Cheap fabric , completely different style , it cost me £35.95 Just taken it to PO and it’s £19.30 to return it !! Yes it’s CHINA , please be very very careful people , these sites are scams cheap nasty clothes.
