I would like to warn anyone considering placing an order with **Tracy London**.
My experience with this company has been extremely negative, and I believe potential customers deserve to know what they may be getting into.
First of all, the company name strongly suggests a London-based brand. However, according to the information I received, their warehouses are located in Asia, and that is where orders are shipped from — if they are shipped at all. In my case, it has been over a month and my order still has not been properly dispatched.
Customer service has been chaotic and inconsistent. I received multiple, contradictory responses:
* First, I was told that my order had been shipped.
* When I asked for a tracking number, I was informed there were “issues with the shipping company.”
* A few days later, I was told the item was actually out of stock.
* Then again, I was informed that the parcel had supposedly been shipped.
The replies appear to be sent without checking previous correspondence, which raises serious concerns about how the company operates.
I formally cancelled my order, as I am legally entitled to do. However, the company showed no willingness to issue a full refund. After a month of back-and-forth emails, they offered me only a 10% refund.
This is completely unacceptable.
I want to make other customers aware that in situations like this, you can contact your bank and request a chargeback. In my case, based on the documented email correspondence, the process was straightforward.
Frankly, it is surprising that a company would risk its reputation over £50. That alone speaks volumes.
Please think carefully and research thoroughly before placing an order.
