I was dubious of the site and did a scam search. There were positive and negative reports, but as Paypal was a payment option, I decided to try them out for the $9.50USD. The purchase experience was easy and painless, and immediately after Paypal completion, I received the email details of the download. Everything went through flawless, download was quick, and the service manual was excellent, good quality and easy to navigate. I had been looking around the net for what I found on tradebit, but could not locate anywhere else. Nothing to fault from my 1st time experience. Well done!
