Extremely frustrating experience. The service leads you on a confusing journey to access the manual you paid for, which I could not download. Save your time and money; it's not worth the effort to obtain manuals from this service. I'm now considering stopping the payment.
I downloaded a manual for my ML280, which was excellent, so I was impressed enough to pay for the one for my SLK200 kompressor. Unfortunately, that was a total failure, and I received no response from the email link provided for assistance. Based on my experience, it's a 50/50 chance you'll get what you pay for; not great odds, and I won't recommend this service to others.
I ordered an online manual for my motorcycle. After receiving the download link, I tried multiple times but was met with a message saying the link had expired. I attempted to reach out to their email support, but my emails kept bouncing back!
This service is incredibly frustrating; they should be banned from operating. They mismanage seller payments and keep some sales without notifying you, charging a staggering 50% commission. I started with a much lower commission rate, and now my profits have plummeted while they continue to mishandle listings. Avoid this platform!
They advertised a repair manual I needed for $14.95 but charged me twice ($29.90) and sent a code that didn’t work. Then, the associated service wanted to charge me another $29 for the manual. Now I'm out $29.90 plus overdraft fees, and I have no manual for an important job. I want my money back!
What a subpar 'service manual.' It only covered about a quarter of the car's mechanical and electrical functions, leaving me no wiser about what I purchased it for. The illustrations were inferior, reminiscent of service manuals from decades past. I suspect this was hastily copied from another manual.
I attempted to purchase a service manual and was charged twice. I received a download link with an access code, but clicking on it led to nothing. When I tried to contact support, my emails were returned as undeliverable. I just wanted a manual.
