Don't know how it is from buyer perspective but for merchant it is very, I mean very long time, I've experienced such a bad Internet service. I tried to be a merchant selling my eBook. The site resembles glorious days of late 90s. The interface is very non-intuitive. To find what I need I often found myself in a situation of quiz game. They have 2 levels of administrative interface discovered through something like watermark! Trying desperately to update a new revision of my eBook (and this is after I initially gave up and after 3 days delay for help) I somehow managed to delete the file altogether. This may question my credibility and intellectual power in general but I am using Internet for 25 years being a SW engineer. After I involuntarily deleted the file I immediately applied for help of Tradebit. Meanwhile a customer managed to buy the goods without ability to receive it - another childish flaw of the platform, which I couldn't believe exists in nowadays if not being involved by myself. The help from Tradebit didn't come even though I applied to them 4 times during two days through different channels. The customer rejected the payment. Only after that I received a patronizing mail from them reflecting on what I "did wrong" while "all other merchants follow successfully" their lines (apparently all have the same problems, ask for help but this doesn't become an incentive to fix the interface). No apologies for not answering me, for me losing the client and making an awful impression. What can I say? I can't remember time when I was so surprised.
