Terrible customer services, purchased a car may 2025 took out the unlimited warranty as well however that is miss sold as it isn't a warranty it is actually just a service, booked the car in for a service as part of this miss sold warranty and the dedicated garage they make you go to found issues with the car , issues found were both front tyres were rotted and dangerous front brakes were dangerous and needed replacing there was corrosion on the rear axel none of this was disclosed at point of sale , the car was actually unsafe and not road worthy , I got in touch with their after sales department who tried to tell me these things had happened since I had purchased the car they quickly changed their mind after finding out I had done barely any miles since purchasing the car, the communication from them was appalling it took them months and months to arrange for the car to be fixed and still not completely fixed as they left the corrosion on the car. I asked them to fix it and they said no I have explained to them that I do not feel safe with this car anymore even though they changed the tyres and brakes asked them to exchange the car and they refused and tried to get me into debt by trading it in for such a low price compared to the £8000 I bought it for they wanted to give me £2800 for it and claimed all cars loose value which I understand however for a car to loose that much value in less than a year is completely unrealistic the sales person who was trying to get me to trade it in for a low price said to me I should of taken the car to a main dealer within 30 days of purchasing it and paying to get it fully checked out which I think is ridiculous as trade centre claim that they do a full inspection of the vehicle before sale which lets face it is not worth the paper it's printed on.
In all honesty I would save your money and go to an actual proper dealer and buy a car from there.
