I’ve been an active participant in TradeDay’s program and maintained an active subscription with them.Out of nowhere, I received an email titled “TradeDay Services No Longer Available in Vietnam,” and my account was suspended immediately—without any prior notice or explanation.What’s even more concerning is that my active Subscription ID remains valid, yet no refund has been issued for the most recent payment tied to it.Ending services so abruptly, without advance communication, and processing refunds without referencing active subscriptions is neither fair nor professional.As a paying customer, I believe we deserve clear communication, transparency, and respect—even when services are being discontinued.@TradeDay — this is not how you treat loyal traders.
