This has been one of the best experiences I've had with a prop firm, and I hope the funded and live experience remains seamless. While some information is available on the FAQ page, I truly value the dedication of the support team in addressing daily inquiries from users.
Deceptive subscription policies. They fail to inform customers before purchase that canceling a renewal results in losing the entire prepaid month subscription. When you ask them to process a cancellation or issue a refund, they refuse and cite terms of service. Such predatory practices are unethical and unlikely to withstand scrutiny in card processing or legal settings. They assert that customers have no rights, which is misleading and potentially unlawful. They are aware that they are hindering individuals from canceling subscriptions due to the fear of losing services that have already been paid for!
I had high expectations for this service, believing I would choose it over many others in the market. Unfortunately, I never received a payout despite putting in significant effort to achieve it. I started 2026 with optimism after getting funded, thinking it would be my breakthrough year. On my first trading day, I had a successful day, clearing the buffer zone with $2093. However, during the Asian session later that same day, I incurred a loss of -$760. After closing my day, I went to bed only to wake up to an email about my account being breached, and I could no longer access it. I reached out to the support team for two consecutive days, but they provided no clear explanation for the breach. All they could say was, “We have shared the breakdown of the account closure, and there isn’t much more we can add.” I may be a small player in this field, but such actions are unacceptable. The markets are challenging enough without having to worry about the service deleting accounts and breaching them at will. No rules were broken, yet my account was suspended. Was it because I cleared the buffer on the first day? I don’t know. I felt I had a great day, and now I can’t even trust the service I was working with. I am left feeling completely disappointed.

I’ve been an active participant in TradeDay’s program and maintained an active subscription with them.Out of nowhere, I received an email titled “TradeDay Services No Longer Available in Vietnam,” and my account was suspended immediately—without any prior notice or explanation.What’s even more concerning is that my active Subscription ID remains valid, yet no refund has been issued for the most recent payment tied to it.Ending services so abruptly, without advance communication, and processing refunds without referencing active subscriptions is neither fair nor professional.As a paying customer, I believe we deserve clear communication, transparency, and respect—even when services are being discontinued.@TradeDay — this is not how you treat loyal traders.
