I had high expectations for this service, believing I would choose it over many others in the market. Unfortunately, I never received a payout despite putting in significant effort to achieve it. I started 2026 with optimism after getting funded, thinking it would be my breakthrough year. On my first trading day, I had a successful day, clearing the buffer zone with $2093. However, during the Asian session later that same day, I incurred a loss of -$760. After closing my day, I went to bed only to wake up to an email about my account being breached, and I could no longer access it. I reached out to the support team for two consecutive days, but they provided no clear explanation for the breach. All they could say was, “We have shared the breakdown of the account closure, and there isn’t much more we can add.” I may be a small player in this field, but such actions are unacceptable. The markets are challenging enough without having to worry about the service deleting accounts and breaching them at will. No rules were broken, yet my account was suspended. Was it because I cleared the buffer on the first day? I don’t know. I felt I had a great day, and now I can’t even trust the service I was working with. I am left feeling completely disappointed.
