I don't understand why TDI issues a certificate of insurance to a sole trader in order that they can pass this on to their clients to witness a valid insurance policy, when if I call to verify the police number as active, TDI stands behind their data protection policy and will not discuss if the policy is truly active. I note this company does not expose itself to Trustpilot, so this review will most likely not be addressed by TDI.
