I wouldn't give this company one star if there was a option , Don't give this company your money , they told me I was covered but the policy was different to the policy Zurich had , I complained and trade direct told the phone handlers not to talk to me , alex wouldn't let me Cancel my policy that didn't cover me , alex watkin at trade direct blatantly lied to me , then played me of against Zurich , and said she couldn't talk to me as there's a procedure to follow , there procedure is take your money and ****you over Ten years I paid into a policy to get ******To all trades considering using trade direct , I warn you not to I'd rather let Jimmy Saville baby sit my kids !!!!
