I placed an order for shelving parts on December 9th for a ship refit in January and heard nothing for two weeks. On December 24th, I received an email informing me that over half of my order was unavailable, and I was being refunded £110. It took them two weeks to notify me after taking my payment. Today, December 30th, I received the few items that were sent. While I appreciate the refund, it took three weeks for delivery, more than half of the order is missing, and there has been no communication from them. I am really disappointed.
