Great customer service. Overall, I am having a good experience, easy platform and got my payout. There are few things to improve in my opinion, I had sometimes few weird orders filled during pre-market (customer support solved the problem). I think it would be better if they highlight that the payout target amount might change based on profit made on the day as it happened to me. Also, I was not aware about the consistency days were going to reset to 0 if you request the payout and I was on 26 days, if I knew it I was waiting for 30 before requesting the payout
