I wouldn't recommend trading with them. I purchased accounts and was close to reaching payout when I was informed that my country is on the restricted list, and my accounts would be banned. This is absurd, especially since there was no FAQ available and my country was listed as an option. Definitely not a service I would trust.
In terms of payout rules, the service delivers on its promises, possibly even exceeding expectations. I've worked with several companies regarding payouts and can genuinely say this one stands out for its reliability. However, I'd appreciate a quicker review time for payouts, as sometimes it delays my trading by a day, making the weekly payout not entirely accurate—it actually takes 6 days instead of 5. Additionally, I believe the payout percentage should be increased from 30% to at least 50%. While I understand the reasoning behind it, 30% feels too low. This is the main reason I can't give a full 5 stars.
I deleted an email from TraderFudrr that included my password. Now, I always go over my email twice before hitting the delete button. That's not why I am writing this. It's for the fanatic response of TradeFundrr's customer service team. I told them what I had done and asked for a new password. It's Friday, so I think I will get it by Monday. I underestimated them by a whole lot. I checked my email in just a couple of minutes, and there was an email from them with my password. They are fast. I hope I do not have to use them again, but if I do, I know I will get the information I need. Thank You Support. William Allen
Great customer service. Overall, I am having a good experience, easy platform and got my payout. There are few things to improve in my opinion, I had sometimes few weird orders filled during pre-market (customer support solved the problem). I think it would be better if they highlight that the payout target amount might change based on profit made on the day as it happened to me. Also, I was not aware about the consistency days were going to reset to 0 if you request the payout and I was on 26 days, if I knew it I was waiting for 30 before requesting the payout
First day of trading with TradeFundrr, so far so good. Platform is not super mobile friendly on the web browser, but it is workable and I am still getting used to order entries and so forth, overall fills and orders have been very smooth without issues. I will also say that I reached out to support with a question and they were very responsive prior to me even signing up. Nice firm to work with so far.
