On October 24, 2025, I ordered goods worth USD 250.46 from this store. Order number 63041889. The package did not arrive, I did not receive it! For reasons unknown to me, the package was returned to the store by the carrier on November 6, 2025. Since then, I have contacted customer support many times. I received lengthy responses saying, “When we receive the package from the carrier, we will refund you.” I sincerely do not understand how the commercial relationship between the carrier and the store affects the return of my money. It has now been more than three months, and there is almost no hope of getting my money back. The store simply ignores my letters. That is why I am writing here, perhaps this information will be useful to someone.
Update: Here's another response saying I need to wait for something. The order was returned to the store in NOVEMBER 2025! This is your relationship with the carrier. Why are you using my money all this time?!
