I purchased the Xero Shoes HFS II (Size 44.5 EU) from your site. I am an experienced Xero user and I already own the Xero Prio in 44.5 EU, which fits perfectly. Relying on your product page which states "Standard Fit", I ordered the same size.
The Issue:
The shoes arrived and are significantly smaller than the standard size. It is a well-known fact in the barefoot community (and independent reviews) that the HFS II model runs small and requires sizing up. You failed to mention this critical sizing advice in your description, falsely claiming it fits "Standard".
The Trap:
I am located in the UAE. Because the error is in YOUR description, I expected a free return. Instead, your policy forces ME to pay for return shipping PLUS Customs Duties (DDP) back to Spain.
The cost to return the item is astronomical, effectively making it impossible.
You have trapped a customer with a useless product due to your misleading description. I did not choose the wrong size; I chose the size you claimed was "Standard".
I demand a full refund without return as the item was "Not as Described".
