I have been a paid member of TradeKey for over two months, and this has honestly been one of the worst platform decisions I have made in my B2B business.I did not join willingly at first. TradeKey’s sales representatives kept contacting and pressuring me repeatedly, making strong promises such as:“It’s impossible not to get orders within two years.”That statement was the key reason I finally signed up.After joining, I quickly realized that these promises were largely misleading.The platform itself is extremely outdated. The store structure is old-fashioned, the user experience is poor, many basic functions are missing, and there are countless bugs that seriously affect daily operations. It feels more like a system from 10–15 years ago than a modern B2B marketplace.Customer support and technical service are even worse. When problems arise:Responses are very slowResponsibility is constantly shiftedSupport staff lack real technical competenceIssues are dragged on and often never properly resolvedYou eventually realize that they are not capable of solving real problems — they are simply wasting your time.In short, TradeKey does not rely on platform performance or buyer traffic. Instead, it relies heavily on aggressive sales tactics to convince new members to pay. Once the fee is paid, the reality is completely different from what was promised.I sincerely warn anyone considering joining TradeKey:Stay away from this platform.Whoever joins is very likely to regret it.
