Having been a paid member of this platform for over two months, I can honestly say it has been one of the worst decisions I've made for my B2B business. Initially, I was pressured into joining by persistent sales representatives who made enticing promises like:
"You will definitely receive orders within two years."
This claim was a significant factor in my decision to sign up. However, after joining, I quickly discovered that these promises were misleading. The platform itself feels outdated. The store layout is antiquated, the user experience is subpar, many essential features are absent, and numerous bugs hinder daily operations. It resembles a system from 10–15 years ago rather than a modern B2B marketplace. Customer support and technical assistance are even worse. When issues arise: Responses are slow, Responsibility is often shifted, Support staff lack genuine technical skills, Problems linger and often remain unresolved. You eventually realize they are unable to tackle real issues — they merely waste your time. In summary, this platform does not depend on effective performance or buyer traffic. Instead, it heavily relies on aggressive sales tactics to persuade new members to pay. Once the fee is paid, the reality diverges drastically from what was promised. I sincerely caution anyone thinking of joining:
Steer clear of this platform.
Those who join are likely to regret it.

I had trouble setting up my first few listings because I’m not very good with technology. I contacted TradeKey support, and they not only fixed my mistake but also explained step by step how I should do it next time. It didn’t feel like I was just another ticket in a queue. It felt like someone truly cared about helping me succeed. That kind of support makes a big difference when you’re new to online platforms.
I requested samples from a supplier in China through TradeKey, and the whole process was a lot smoother than I expected. Sophia, my account manager, stayed in touch with me and made sure everything went through without delays. The samples arrived quickly, and after checking the quality, I felt confident to go ahead with the bulk purchase.
Very unprofessional website.. once you upload an ad the scammers will send you alot of messages and your data will sent to scam groups, I have received alot of winning email messages from unknown source. They will tell you you have millions of dollars and will ask you some small charges if you want to get the money.
Tradekey is a classic example of B2B platform over-promising and under-delivering. I am a seller of agricultural products and I was approached by Ahmed, who is trying to sell me membership packages. To be fair to Ahmed, he was polite and patient. He made a big deal of Tradekey will assign staff to contact buyers on my behalf, and the Key Account Manager (KAM) will connect me to buyers etc. After I signed up, my KAM is this dude Usman. No support whatsover, I never hear from him in weeks. When I msg him, he says he will get back with buyer details, but he never does. And on that member feature about having Tradekey sales staff contacting buyers for me, I seriously doubt it ever existed, because I saw no evidence at all. In the end, I have to DIY everything. The platform itself is average, there are buyleads but I cannot attest to their authenticity. I have responded to dozens of buyer listings but I never get my responses or even queries. Thankfully, I pushed hard for a 4-month trial membership at the start. I will not be renewing my membership for sure.
We paid Silver package that has zero difference with Free one! The buyers are fake, around 95% of them do not have contact details. My replies to "buyers" went to nowhere! The navigation of website super not comfy, old fashioned. All the time commercial windows jump in front of the face. Looks like they make income mainly from these abnormal quantity of advertiments. After one week of using I requested to cancel the package and to make refund of the payment, excluding 1 week of using. The manager replied politely that he is solving my problem. Days past there was no feedback. Honestly i would be satisfied if they denied to cancel and to make refund, but with correct explanation - Why. But they did not any of that. The Result - no reply! Manager blocked me in Whatsap and I can not enter the website. They blocked my possibility even to enter the platform, not simply may acount! PURE SCAMMERS!!! DESERVE MINUS 5 STARS! DO NOT SUGGEST ANYONE EVER!!!
