Today, I discovered they have been charging my credit card for a subscription. When I called, they claimed I was paying to monitor a trademark that I do not have! They said they would cancel the subscription to stop further charges, but I never signed up for any subscription! I acknowledge the initial $99 charge for the brief consultation, but the extra $99 charges for services that were never provided should be refunded because I never subscribed.
