I initially paid for a package to receive assistance with trademark creation. I was promptly informed that I couldn't trademark what I intended, so I decided not to pursue their services further. To my surprise, I later discovered that my credit card had been charged for a subscription. When I contacted them, they claimed I was paying for monitoring a trademark that I do not possess! They assured me they would cancel the subscription to prevent further charges, but I never agreed to any subscription! While I acknowledge the initial $99 fee for the brief consultation, the additional $99 charges for services not rendered should be refunded as a matter of fairness since I did not sign up for anything.
