When I expressed my previous frustrations, their response was simply 'sorry about your luck.' I later found out that my receipt had been flagged as fraudulent. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and received a refund. Avoid this website at all costs!
A paralegal from this company has been persistently contacting me despite my clear indication that I’m not interested. They are repeatedly using scare tactics, claiming that my old trademark is being claimed by a new client and urging me to act quickly to save it. I have received countless texts making similar claims. While the company could be legitimate, the behavior of this individual makes me doubt it. They should train their employees to cease contact once someone expresses disinterest.
