This is an unethical company that tries to extract as much money as possible from you for a simple trademark filing. They recommended six classes for trademark and logo, but I chose four classes for each category, costing $2,800. Once the documents were available on the agency's site, I discovered they filed for only one class! Then they attempted to charge $4,600 for filing certain declarations that were not applicable at this stage. I am still fighting to get a full refund that they initially agreed to.
