Bought an expensive bath which was never delivered (said when buying delivery would be 5-7 days). When I emailed they initially gave excuses about the delay then ignored me. Went through my card provider to get money back, they said to my card provider they delivered the bath to try avoid it being refunded. Luckily had emails from them with excuses about delay in delivery after the date they said they delivered it. Would very very strongly advise to avoid! The fact they ignored me then lied about delivery to the card company indicates a scam to me rather than a genuine delay/misunderstanding. I paid in May and it has taken till now to get money back due to their lies (and got it back solely due to the bank, not them).
