Avoid this website at all cost even if they are the only ones who has the product you are looking for, I could not find a round mirror cabinet that had a shaving socket anywhere online. I consulted AI for a web search and this website had one advertised it was quite expensive but almost £100 more than others without the socket.
It arrives stickers saying everywhere that only open after installation, hired an electrician to do wiring etc since we don’t have any socket in our small bathroom.
After spending an extra £220 I opened to see no socket gutted, I contacted them took about a week, 4 calls several emails to finally get a return label. Item has been delivered over a week now still no return last response I had from this company was 5days ago.
I am now £375 + 220 =£595.00 short, dealing with my bank over disputing the transaction, the hassle of reporting them to trading standards, hassle of making sure I review them everywhere etc etc. Purchased on 1st February over a month later I am still fighting battles such a shame. Avoid at all cost save your time and mental health.

Appalling Company trading under tradeplumbing.co.uk and designerbathroomstore.co.uk.Over £2,600 spent on a BC Designs bath ordered in July 2025 with a promised delivery date of 5-7 working days. After months of chasing, evasive phone calls & emails, and repeated false promises, I decided to chase up directly with BC Designs in December 2025. BC Designs confirmed no order was ever placed with them and, in fact, the specific Bath I ordered was not being produced for any customer at that time.I did (luckily) manage to secure a refund however this seems to be a common theme with the company; take the money and run then stonewall requests for expected delivery timescales dragging things out for months whilst sitting on customers cash. I am now having to delay completion of a renovation for a client and this company owes me 1/2 years interest on £2,600. I won't be holding my breath.Final note - Never trust a company when you phone up and get through to the same individual irrespective of pressing "1 for sales, 2 for customer services, and 3 for accounts".
DO NOT USE!!! I ordered a £500 water softener which never got delivered and despite them saying they had refunded me i never received it and had to put in a claim via paypal for my money to be returned. Not sure if they are scammers or just incompetent as they promise many things but never see the promises through. LEAVE WELL ALONE !!
Very unsatisfactory service.Goods never arrived as promised. Was told it was 'on it's way' from manufacturer with no tracking details. Was blamed on manufacturer who didn't provide tracking yet I was able to order this from another supplier and received it next day from the manufacturer. 10 days of delay was incurred in the project.
I bought a boiler onlineI am based in Northern Ireland They said they could not give me a time frame for the delivery after saying they sent it to Dublin by mistake After one month we agreed for a refund They did not refund and kept saying they did, I raised a dispute with my bank and if few days the money was back! 4 months of a nightmare!Worst customer experience ever!!!On their website they claim a Trustpilot rate of 4.6!
They stated in the website that a thermal cylinder they're selling is available within 3 to 5 days. I verified this over the phone 3 times. They day before they supposed delivery, they sent an email that they're sorry but the can't deliver till the28th of August! I asked immediately for a refund and even if they said that they'll refund it nothing got refunded almost 2 weeks later. The whole plan went straight to the bin as I had an engineer lined up to fit and he was not available for a couple of weeks afterwards.
Avoid this company and it's sister company Designer Bathrooms Store. They fail on all counts once they receive an order and your hard earned cash No delivery time given on ordered goods.Customer service failed on all counts. Reimbursement on refund is as poor as their promises of delivering goods. If you order use your cc as undoubtedly you'll have to do a Section 75 to get your money back.AVOID AVOID AVOID you have been warned.
