Still awaiting delivery from 20th March, customer service first said they forgot about it after 7 days and said will be sent first thing this was the 27th March, then phone on 1st asking for update and said should be here shortly. Phoned today 3rd April for update or email to see if been sent and said it’s been lost by delivery company and will send another today.Starting to think they didn’t even have in stock or are just that useless they don’t know what’s going on themselves. “Express delivery” 1-2 days it said. This is now pushing back trades on a home Reno.
