Below is a copy of an email I received from James a director of Trade Plumbing.co.uk It follows on from a conversation I had with James about a Phoenix bathroom towel rail which had rusted after 2 years. Indeed this towel rail was a replacement for the previous Phoenix bathroom towel rail which also rusted!! I requested a refund under the 5 year manufacturer guarantee and said I would then order a replacement towel rail from an alternative manufacturer. I ordered the alternative towel rail from Trade plumbing on the basis of the email posted below which states I would receive a refund for the rusty one. Sadly, Trade plumbing have now reneged on their promise to issue a refund....
