Ordered a radiator from TP and was told by the sales team that it would be delivered the following Tuesday. When it didn't arrive I was then told that it was out of stock for around four weeks. To be honest I was a little annoyed having taken time off for delivery, but TP offered me a deal on a similar radiator to the model I had ordered and arranged for it to be delivered direct from the manufacturer the next day. So, ok there were issues with the original order, but to be fair to TP they went all out to source a replacement and kept me informed throughout the process.
