Incredibly frustrating. Only one of two matching radiators delivered, and told second one would not be available for 2+ months... Wasn't able to offer suitable alternative, with their suggestions not matching the basic criteria we needed (vertical, white, and minimum BTU rating).Opted for cancelling transaction and getting refund (we could not reasonably wait that long), but incredibly tortuous and took over six weeks to receive full refund. Tradeplumbing arranged collection of the partial delivery, but had to be done twice as first one was botched and ended up being redelivered back to us. [Update for clarity: Tradeplumbing arranged the return through a different courier to the one used for the original delivery, and although collected from us it was later returned to us after that courier determined (at their sorting depot) that the package was overweight for their service. All previous labels were removed prior to the return being collected to avoid any confusion].Only received refund after starting the disputes process with our credit card provider, and being temporarily credited by them given the delays from the merchant themselves.Needed constant chasing and no confidence in buying from Tradeplumbing again.
