It's common for orders to arrive later than the estimates provided by the company, but my latest Express Turnaround order is still not scheduled for delivery on day 3. The estimated delivery has now shifted to 7 days from my order, and I only found this out by checking my account—there was no direct communication from the company. The Customer Service response was to offer a full refund and apologize, which doesn't help me meet my deadline. They can change the delivery to day 5, but they can't guarantee it will be printed in time to ship for that day.
