Review Time
It's common for orders to arrive a day or two later than the estimated time, but my latest Express Turnaround order is still not scheduled for delivery on day 3. The estimated delivery has now been pushed to 7 days from the order date, and I only found this out by checking my account—there was no direct communication from the service. The customer support team's solution is to issue a full refund and apologize, which doesn't help me meet my deadline. Although they can change the delivery to day 5, they can't guarantee it will be printed in time to ship for that day.

The service was quite disappointing. The postcards turned out very dark and didn't meet the usual standards. More importantly, A6 should be exactly 105mm by 148mm, not 104mm x 147mm. Anything less indicates poor cutting. They defended their stance by claiming an issue with the bleed, stating that they would consider the order printed as supplied and regrettably couldn't offer a resolution. I would have gladly accepted a reprint, but there was also a noticeable line on the banner I printed. Given the response from the support team, I won't bother complaining. There are plenty of other reliable printers to choose from.
Terrible trimming with other people's bleed visible on our order. (3mm bleed exceeded on a business card?) Additionally, there were other people's business cards mixed in with ours, violating GDPR. Our client rejected the job. The printing quality was poor as well. An absolute disaster, with no compensation offered.
I had a disappointing experience for a single £20 print. I paid extra for an artwork check but never received the approval message. After following up, I was told it would arrive soon, but it didn't. I spent 20 minutes on hold, received an apology, and was told the approval would come in 5 minutes—still nothing. Even if I approved the artwork today, the print wouldn't arrive until next Wednesday, despite the original delivery date being the 17th of November. I had to ask about compensation multiple times just to get a response. Overall, very poor customer service and a frustrating experience.
I ordered a print, but when I opened it, it was creased and too dark to see any details. I contacted them through their website and was told they couldn't reprint it and denied any responsibility. Apparently, creases are standard with this service. A poor job, and I won’t be using them again!
My order didn't arrive, and when I contacted the support team, they provided no information. After waiting another day, I emailed and still received no response. I called and found out that due to a technical problem, my order hadn’t even been printed! I was offered a refund or to reorder for Friday, but I needed it by Thursday. I suggested printing with a competitor, but they refused to assist with the cost of the same order arriving later than promised. I didn't ask for compensation for my losses, yet their lack of responsiveness led me to order elsewhere. It’s now 10 PM, and after two days of no resolution, I found their approach highly unethical and unreasonable.
Seven out of seven orders have been late again. I don't mind occasional delays, but it's every order right now. It wouldn’t be so frustrating if I hadn’t paid extra for express delivery. This has ruined my experience and is pushing me towards competitors who might charge a bit more but deliver on time.
