It's common for orders to arrive a day or two later than the estimated time, but my latest Express Turnaround order is still not scheduled for delivery on day 3. The estimated delivery has now been pushed to 7 days from the order date, and I only found this out by checking my account—there was no direct communication from the service. The customer support team's solution is to issue a full refund and apologize, which doesn't help me meet my deadline. Although they can change the delivery to day 5, they can't guarantee it will be printed in time to ship for that day.
