They raised concerns about a face verification issue stemming from a technical glitch, which I explained. Additionally, a change in location due to a family emergency was dismissed despite proof. What shocked me most was the insensitivity of offering a discount for another challenge after rejecting my payout. This payout was crucial for my family, and the lack of empathy from the company is unacceptable. I strongly caution other traders to be aware that unforeseen circumstances may jeopardize your account and payouts.
