Another payout received with no issues. I’ve had 4 payouts since November and honestly no issues. The team are really fast to answer any questions and the rules are all there in black and white. I actually find the consistency rule on the speedy accounts has made me a better trader, I no longer chase trades due to FOMO. Can’t rate Traderscale enough, far better service than any other prop firms I’ve used.

What shocked me most was the insensitivity of offering a discount for another challenge after rejecting my payout. This payout was crucial for my family, and the lack of empathy from the company is unacceptable. I strongly caution other traders to be aware that unforeseen circumstances may jeopardize your account and payouts. Should the company fairly review my case and release my payout, I would gladly update this review. Until then, this reflects my genuine experience.
