I attended the PAT Testing course with this provider and had a disappointing experience. After failing the assessment three times, I received no constructive feedback or guidance on my mistakes. Without clear explanations, it's impossible to improve or show competence. Training should build skills and confidence, but I felt unsupported and lost. The lack of feedback indicates that the provider is more focused on pass/fail statistics than on genuinely helping learners succeed. I would highly recommend choosing a training company that provides proper learner support, clear feedback, and guidance, especially for newcomers to PAT testing. This course did not meet those expectations.
