Spoke with Nikki who is part of the sales team at trade skills 4 u and she has been really helpful in securing me a spot on a solar & battery course so far my experience has been very good.
I enrolled in the PAT Testing course with this provider, and unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. After failing the assessment three times, I received no constructive feedback or guidance regarding my errors. Without clear explanations, it's difficult to improve or demonstrate capability. Training should enhance skills and build confidence, but I felt unsupported and uncertain. The lack of feedback suggests that the provider focuses more on statistics than on genuinely helping learners. I strongly recommend choosing a training provider that offers sufficient learner support, clear feedback, and guidance, especially for those new to PAT testing. This course did not fulfill those expectations.

From my first day in the NVQ Level 3 program, my assessor was incredibly helpful, guiding me through the NVQ process and providing valuable advice and examples. He was always available for support, even taking time to address personal issues with empathy. This support made the whole NVQ process much smoother. He is a great asset to the team.
I have consistently had a positive experience when dealing with a representative from the training provider. The process was straightforward, and the representative was incredibly knowledgeable about the courses and their structure, always available to answer questions. He truly goes above and beyond!
